In partnership with illustrator Matt Rota, Equity Gallery will be hosting a 5-day long pop-up art fair centered around bookmaking and illustration. Running from November 4th-November 9th, the fair will provide a platform for printmakers, illustrators, and mixed media artists to sell affordable works.

Journals, memoirs, travel logs, and short stories, in the form of picture books, zines, graphic novels ( and other media that exist somewhere in between,) the artists in this show author their own stories to illustrate. The balance of image and word culminates in a single vision, and a unique form of storytelling. Each artist uses the format of publishing as the medium of expression for their personal vision.
